Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions.
Return Period
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused
• The product must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
• Used products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items returned after the return period
